Radiologic Technologist

Job Description

• Performs all scheduled radiologic examinations in his/her assigned unit for the day;
• Provides quality patient care to patients undergoing radiologic procedures;
• Assists the Radiologist on duty during routine and special procedures;
• Prepares the patient for examination, including explanations and instructions on the procedures; and,
• Reports to the supervisor any incident, concerns, and complaints, including malfunction and unexpected downtime of any radiographic equipment and system.
